In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari >
Preferences.

In the Preferences window, find and press the
Privacy tab.

Next to the Website tracking label, please
confirm the Prevent cross-site tracking
checkbox is unchecked. We recommend you re-check this
field when you are done using Canvas.
Also confirm that under Cookies and Website Data,
the Block All Cookies checkbox is unchecked.
Close the menu, and refresh your Canvas page.

Open the Settings Application.
